3D simple Hand car wash design Proposal

Information for the business: Hand Car Wash Industry: Business Design details: 3D Visual/Design of a simple hand car wash on car park site. I need a 3d design to help envisage how a hand car wash may look on a new site in order to present as a proposal for a new car wash business. I have provided images of the types of things the site will need to incorporate: - Jet wash/wet car clean area ideally 2-3 car zone (2-3 pressure washers will be used. 1 for initial spray off another as a foam soap dispenser, another spare or to be used on another vehicle at same time) - Canopy for vacuum internal car clean station, again 2/3 car zone (again 2 vacuums will be used) - Small office cabin for admin purposes (does not need to be big at all, just small space for admin and maybe 1/2 people to sit with a small counter type workspace) - concealed storage space for additional cleaning products. Storage space and office could all be part of 1 unit but separate access will be needed to storage area. (will contain things like, plastic drums with cleaning chemicals such as TFR, wheel cleaners etc so will need to be reasonably large space 2-3 sq meters) - 2 x 1000 ltr water tanks will also be needed, 1 for clean water and one for water with cleaning chemicals. Each of these tanks will use a pump to deliver the water to the pressure hose (see images word doc) - Ideally needs to be in keeping with current design of Pubs car park it sits in. for example their sign incorporates a cedar type cladding type marterial so the office cabin would fit in quite well if it was also cladded in a similar way. - A modern woody natural look is preferable as the site sits near to trees and woodland etc but open to different suggestions Also would like suggestions as to the flow of the car wash and how the cars will enter the space and move from Wet clean through to dry clean and then out again.
