Seamstress/Costume Designer wanted to make specific Doctor Who character costume
I am enquiring into finding a costume designer/seamstress who could potentially design me an Idris (Doctor Who) costume, I have attached some images from the show of what the costume looks like. If you could potentially get back to me as to whether you would be able to make this costume and a rough estimate that would be amazing.
