General information for the website: TBA Description of requirements/features: Please check out my partially made website ... http://boat-lawyers.co.uk/ I know, its terrible.... (this is what one designer considered to be acceptable) I require a developer/designer but with EXCELLENT design & layout skills to make my Home Page look excellent. Although it looks bad, the layout is pretty much what I want, I just need somebody with superior skills to do a MUCH MUCH more professional job. At this stage, I only require the Home Page done, the rest will follow later. So although the menus shows other pages, I dont want the links working just yet. I need you to use your imagination and create a suitable design for a "boat-lawyer" business.....This job is more for a designer than developer.
