I need a developer to automate lotto results page updates - WordPress

General information for the website: SEO site for online lottery Kind of development: Customization of existing website Num. of web pages/modules: 1 Description of requirements/features: Read full specs in the attachment, but here in brief what we are looking for: We are running a SEO site, on WordPress and we need a feature that automatically fetches specific lottery results and updates them to our page, and saves the data somewhere in a smart way. The feature should also have a simple search feature. This has to happen in an SEO friendly (fast page load, mobile friendly, AMP friendly, results shown in Google SERP description.). When building this feature, it needs to be built in a way, that we can expand it, so that it can gather results from multiple lotteries, and that the feature or code can be re-used in another WordPress site as well. Workload is probably not that big for an experienced developer. Please read more in the attachment. We are a new company, so if the job result is good, we naturally are looking to work more with the same developer.
