Create custom 2-step Stripe checkout form in Wordpress
General information for the website: Coaching website Description of requirements/features: I'm looking to get a custom 2-step form for Stripe checkout like the one you can find here: http://register.thedoingacademy.com/reserve-seat, pulling through a number of products from Stripe. I also need to be able set up tracking on each of the form sections so that I can see how many started step 1 but not step 2 or completed step 2 but didn't pay etc. Please note this is required to be a responsive design. I require a cost for design and integration into Wordpres and tracking insertion. Thank you Extra notes:
