I need wordpress setup with memberpress & social Locker & amazon aws

My overall aim is to use memberpress as a way of locking my documentary film & making people signup in order to get limited time access to a free stream of my film. This will be limited to the first five hundred people, thereafter there will be a $2 cost, I will also integrate the affiliate addon that comes with memberpress and offer a 50% commission for potential affiliates. I am also hoping to integrate the other service I have, social locker in order to make people share the film before being able to watch it or signup to watch it. What I have done thus far, is make use of Amazon AWS, to upload my film & host it I have made an S3 account, uploaded my documentary film. Copied the various licenses accross to wordpress and used the short codes. I have also integrated my mail chimp account with your plugin. As well as the affiliate add-on. I need someone who is prepared to work on budget to do the following: Using Memberpress setup a system where the first 500 people who signup (for free & integrated with mailchimp) get access for 7 days to stream my documentary hosted on AWS. If people signup and the 500 free places have been taken to offer them the 7 day access for $2 or lifetime access for $5. Or instead of spending money become an affiliate and reffer 2 7 day subscriptions or 1 lifetime access subscription to get their own lifetime access. It is also to be offered to existing signups to earn a 50% commission as an affiliate on any customers they reffer. The video itself will also be blocked by social locker making people share it in order to get access to it.
