Wordpress redesign of a website

Hi there - I have a basic WP webpage which needs a radical redesign on a limited budget. The text/info is there - I'm just not a graphic designer so can't make it pretty and easy to navigate. I'm London based so ideally would like to talk through what I'm looking for before committing. Will also need some basic instruction so that I can make small changes as and when required to text, links etc.
