AIT Directory Event Guide with Event Pro - need customisation

I would like to make changes to the AIT Event Directory Theme with events pro. website bijzonderuiteten.nl 1. As administrator one cannot assign special offers or events to users / i need to login to user - add special offer, get back to admin to set live 2. Search - now it says: Search keyword, Category - location and dat Search keyword - translate to Zoekwoord Category - on page restaurant it should be Restaurant Type Category op page agenda - should renamed to Type Evenement I would like one search bar with both categories date should be translated to Datum 3. Mobile - everything should be resized so it looks better on mobile 4. Adding a new item as user - should not be given the option to set as featured item - so this should be removed from user admin and for admin default on not featured 5. Users login - when users login they do not get automatically be transferred to the admin dashboard for users 6. In user admininistration I need simplification - all items expanded - images shown as thumbnails not as names and yoast seo available as well as possibility to give images alt/title upon uploading. 7. Opening any item when uploading posts/items/events - the only way to get out of a screen is by pressing ok to save (also without any alterations) would be great to have a X on any popup screen in admin to close something without saving. 8. Special offers show both in listing as well as main page as carroussel. Export of email addresses of listing - is there a way to export all email addresses for mailing puposes with mailchimp 13. Reviews - once a review is done by site visitor - listing owner should receive mail. In user admin it should show but user cannot change/delete or modify review 14. When user uploads anything (special offer, events etc) default related item should be item of user - now they ofter forget to add this so easier if their location (restaurant) is alreay added. PLEASE ONLY RESPOND if you have experience with this AIT Directory - Event theme and please explain what you have done on this theme.
