Automation Web Tool

We need a web based application. This application has three types of actors: Mechanics, Supervisor and Admin. It has 3 major pages (plus login, Signup and password forgotten): two forms with different inputs as well as different functionality and one Dashboard. The three different users have different privacy rules for the Dashboard and can see data base entries generated by the two forms, (Privacy rules concern Editing entries, seeing entries and deleting them). The admin needs to be able to create new users and edit their accounts, as well as make changes to a file’s data base entry and approve them. The Supervisor needs an approval function which triggers a notification for the admin to approve as well. A document has two different stages: 'Saved' and 'saved but still editable'. The web application, enables the user type ‘Mechanic’ to fill new forms and edit existing forms who’s stage is 'saved but still editable'. Saving this form (both types of save) creates a data base entry. If the documents's status changes to 'saved', an Email will be sent with the form converted to a pdf file. An extra recipient will receive an email if a certain field in the form is filled. Another E-Mail will be sent after all users of the type supervisor and Admin approved the document on their Dashboards. If a supervisor edits a form’s data base entry, this will trigger an e-mail. All User types should be able to export data as excel list. Two different types of forms exist. Both need a signature function implemented and should be accessible via smartphone/Tablet. The pages do not need to be responsive.
