Wix or Shopify ecommerce web designer

I am looking for an e-commerce website developer using template software. From my initial research Wix or Shopify look like they will provide the range of functions we need and one of these would be my preferred platform unless you can provide compelling reasons why another template software would be more appropriate. We sell Belgian chocolate bars with organic ingredients. (note: at the moment the chocolate itself isn’t organic – just the ingredients). All the bars are currently 100mm square with a variety of unusual flavours (eg cardamom and mango, lavender and hazelnut, ginger and almond). There are only about 8 of these at the moment. We also do chocolate lollipops. We do have a couple of larger bars (about A4 size) but still have some changes to make to them. We need an ecommerce website that a) Has a rustic feel (our packaging is kraft paper; when we sell at farmers’ markets, the table is covered in hessian; much of the display is painted wood – see attached photo) b) Allows an offer to be shown on first page c) Allows us to collect email addresses d) Rich brown as the predominant colour but possibly red as an accent colour e) Easy links to social media f) Good search options g) Emphasis on ingredients h) We may also want to sell chocolate related products like signs in the near future i) A section for gift packs ( eg a mix of four bars with gift wrapping) j) A section on events we will be attending. k) The ability to add value to an order (eg “You’ve ordered chocolate; why not get one of our chocolate signs” l) Allows reviews In order to bid for this development I would like a) Your statement of what you think are the 5 most important factors that make an e-commerce successful b) Links to websites you have developed which exhibit those principles A copy of our logo with some photos of our stall/products and the banner we use at farmers markets available on request
