Product Designer

General information for the website: we are a growing startup that is giving thousands of online players the services needed to improve their gameplay. Description of every page/module: As a Product Designer, you will: 1. Create thoughtful and appropriate solutions to design challenges of all sizes by translating research insights into beautiful and engaging user interfaces which satisfy user needs, business requirements and technical constraints. 2. Work in one of our multidisciplinary product teams and collaborate with our Product Manager, stakeholders and engineers in an iterative, transparent and feedback driven process. 3. Produce engaging experiences using sketches, storyboards, information architecture blueprints and prototypes to collect feedback and iteratively improve and support the design process. 4. Translate wireframes and experiences into highly-polished visual composites with attention to interaction design whilst following style and brand guidelines. Description of requirements/features: Requirements 1. A minimum of 1 years experience designing experiences for interfaces. 2. Experience designing experiences for desktops, tablets and phones. 3. A passion for detail and a care for great usability and aesthetics. 4. Ability to prototype ideas quickly and iterate as many times as needed. 5. Excellent self-starter with the ability to work in a small, startup-style, agile and fast-paced team. 6. Confident in your work without becoming too attached to your designs when constructive team and user feedback is put forward. CMS and Admin requirements: Hiring Process Here is the hiring process: 1. Complete 1 small test task. 2. Interview with Product Manager, who will be working daily with you. 3. Sign contract. 4. Start working full time remotely.
