I need a faster loading website with the start up circular image deleted
General information for the website: I sell calligraphy products Description of requirements/features: My main concerns are: 1. deleting the start up circular image 2. making my website load quicker Extra notes: My last web developer did not complete this job. The start up circular image showed an example of my calligraphy but she removed it and replaced it with what currently shows (a scratchy blue image). Also, she set up an additional user for my website for security purposes but did not explain how to get hold of the second login to provide to future web developers. Finally, the year at the foot of the page needs updating to 2017. My main concerns are: 1. deleting the start up circular image 2. making my website load quicker I am looking for someone who can speak fluent English and who offers a good price.
