Update existing website and custom administration system to be PHP 7.0 compatible
General information for the website: The website sells training courses and the administration system manages customers. Kind of development: Customization of existing website Description of requirements/features: A web developer with proficient PHP, MySQL and Git skills as well as a good working knowledge of CSS and jQuery is required to help with the updating of an existing website and custom administration system so that it is PHP 7.0 compatible. The system is built using core PHP without the use of any frameworks and is currently hosted on a server running PHP 5.3 and is due to be migrated to a newer Ubuntu 16.04 server soon. While this work will primarily be updating all instances of mysql_x() functions to become mysqli_x() functions, there will also be additional regular development support tasks and bugfixes on the same system which will need to be addressed and can be dealt with individually. Access will be provided to a private Git repository where branches and patches can be pushed where they will then be checked by an in house development team before being merged. Extra notes:
