Hi, I am looking for a video chat integrated web application, detailed idea is written below, 1. Application will have a admin who will be broadcasting from his web cam (Host). 2. End users can join this broadcast using their web cam, they can talk to each other and send messages. 3. Every broadcast will have title, set by admin. 4. Title will be at home page of the application and user can follow the title to join the video chat. 5. Maximum 8 users can join this video chat, others can only watch this group chat. 6. Admin will have controls like: Mute any user, Remove any user. 7. As soon as any member is removed or dropped his place will be vacant, and a member can join that. More details will be shared during discussion, technology preference .Net, Php (Suggestions are welcome). No third party api or library (Paid) should be used,
