Wedding photographs.

I am getting married on 2 June 2018 in North London (same venue for ceremony, dinner and reception) and have a few questions (below) if you would be available to take photographs for us on that date. How long have you been working as a wedding photographer? How many weddings have you shot? Can I see your portfolio? Are the images all yours? How recent are they? Will I be able to give you a list of specific shots we would like? Will you visit our wedding venue beforehand? How would you describe your photography style? Have you photographed a wedding of a similar size (150-170) to ours before? What information do you need from us before the wedding? On the Day What time will you arrive at the venue? Do we need to provide you with food? Will you be the primary photographer on the day? What time will you stay until? Can we pay an extra fee if we require you to stay longer? What is your backup plan if you can’t attend on the day? Do you have backup equipment? Packages and Payment What wedding packages do you offer? Will we receive digital copies of all images? Is there an extra fee? Do you offer a printing and/or album service? Is retouching included in the price? Can we create a bespoke package? How long will the pictures take to arrive? When will we need to make the final payment? We are looking at a few photographers at the moment as we want to keep the cost as low as possible. If you don't have an extensive portfolio would you be willing to come along to our engagement party in North London on 5 August for an hour or so to take some photos (watermarked is fine) so we can have an idea of your work before signing a contract?
