Camera Operator & Cinematographer On various Music Video Projects

Hi there, I am currently on the search for a Camera Operator or Cinematographer who I can work with regularly on various projects. Basic Overview - So I won't go into tooooo much detail regarding the whole concept, basically I have various music videos that need to be filmed. As I am on the other side of the lens you can understand its not the easiest to film and perform. I would hope to build a lasting partnership and grow creatively with one another. I am looking for someone who can translate my ideas into a creative concept. Someone who also sees this opportunity more than just filming but becoming immersed into the team. When it comes to pre production I am very much hands on - I will do my very best to direct my overall vision and I would respect your intuition and any creative suggestions that you might wish to add :) I am already set up on Final Cut Pro - So I am happy to do all the editing on footage. I do not have a large budget. As I have many other avenues that will require attention. But I would like to discuss further with you my ideas and negotiate on price. Please advise me your timeframe and your availability. Equipment you have (I can provide you a list of photography equipment I have if you need to use) Also your preferred method of working.
