Cancelled
Hi, I'm filming a theatre show this Saturday 8th July in Camberley GU15. I'm going to be filming the close ups, but I need a secondary camera to shoot the static shots. All you need to do is set the camera up and record as you'll be capturing the long shots. You may be required to do a few panning shots, but it's very basic video work. The show itself is 7pm-9pm, but you'll need to arrive at 6pm to set up and you may be there until 10pm, so around 4 hours there with 2 hours of solid filming. You'll need a camera capable of filming at minimum 1080 HD with continuous recording capabilities (I know some DSLRs cut out after filming a few GB of footage) along with a tripod and basic mic for audio recording (I'm recording the audio separately on an external Zoom mic but it'll be handy to have your audio recorded too for syncing purposes.) I run a video production company so this may lead onto more frequent work in the future. You'll need to provide the footage either on the night of the show (I can bring my laptop and a hard drive) or via Google Drive the following day - whatever is easiest, but please bare in mind that these file size will be huge due to the length of the show. There will be a break in between which will allow for a battery/memory card change if required. Any examples of previous work or experience in filming theatre shows would be beneficial. Cheers! Holly
