Actor Dancer Music Video Soho London

I am creating a music video for my A level Media coursework in which I need to use an existing soundtrack. The music video is grime themed and needs an energetic actor who can lip sync to the chosen track. There are no requirements at all for age, build or ethnicity though the actor should be male and have an energetic character and be able to fill the main role with dancing as necessary. The production is not a parody but should not be taken too seriously. It will be shot in the cramped street of Wardour Mews and on the roof of a neighbouring property as well as a few short shots in Soho high street. Some lighting and a haze machine will provide additional interest as well as a few props and and inflatable palm tress for the rooftop scene with use of a drone. As I am a student, I am willing to work with you on your advise and suggestion and can offer laid back direction. However I have a low to non existent budget so you will have to inform me of what would be a reasonable rate per hour and how long it would take you to make several takes of a 3 minute song.
