Description of support work: Looking for a confident, smartly dressed person to accompany potential tenants to viewings in a house share property. The property in Surrey Quays, South East London, SE8 location is currently tenanted but we have one room becoming available. Viewings could be one per day or more - with evening and weekend viewings probable. We make the viewing appointment and liaise with the potential new tenant, all you need to do is arrive at the property, introduce yourself and carry out the viewing, then provide feedback to us. Previous experience preferred. Please provide your cost per visit (no additional travel expenses will be paid so please take this into account when providing your quote.) Extra notes:
