General information for the business: We provide websites design & development and a registration scheme Industry: Sports and Fitness Geographical areas: England & Wales Description of Business Development: A small but rapidly growing technology and marketing company within the golf industry is seeking a Customer Account Manager. The company is currently introducing a new registration scheme and working with existing website customers to upgrade to new designs using the Word press platform. The Customer account manager will be expected to foster the relationship between the company and the customer as well as handle any projects, accounts, or issues that might relate to that client. The initial focus will be to work with customers and facilitate their registration with the new scheme. This will include some selling. Ongoing work will include: • Making contact with customers who need assistance with the registration process • Work with existing website customers to get agreement to redevelop existing websites and provide a brief to the website designers • Manage the process from the decision through to the successful implementation and/or launch, liaising with the golf club and internal partners • Provide support and reassurance to customers • Respond to client communications or queries and resolve any client issues. This will not involve technical support as this is handled by an additional team but will focus on customer satisfaction issues • Provide good quality control and ensure all the products are to a high standard on launch and monitored to maintain that standard. The position will be a freelance role with an hourly rate of £15-18 per hour. It is expected that the candidate will be expected to work up to 15 hours per week initially, spread over a minimum of four days to ensure consistent customer access. Extra notes: Skills required: • Be able to communicate efficiently – verbally, via email and on the phone • Be detail oriented • Be able to multitask and handle several client accounts • Be able to manage time and projects effectively • Be able to work along with a small team working under pressure • Have efficient networking skills • Have initiative, motivation and focus • Be willing to develop extensive knowledge of the company’s products and services and become the front line point of contact for the clients • Be professional
