Business to Business background in the retail, hospitality, travel, fitness, and wellness and luxury good service in the UK and USA market a must. Marketing knowledge in theses sectors. Business planning. and projections. PR and strategy knowledge. Understanding of how to promote a new business via social media outlets as well as magazines and TV. Developing of strategy as to how memberships for individuals and corporates will be obtained. Development of supporting resource in Cocoon Concierge locations to facilitate clients when services are requested. Engage and arrange partnerships and visits to luxury resorts that Cocoon Concierge are interested in referring clients to. Experience in liaising with high end hotels and arranging visits. Developing partnerships with high end Hotels, luxury goods suppliers, Property, Cosmetic clinics UK and USA, high End gyms, celebrity and high end trainers. Oversight of contract arrangements with service providers and partnerships. Working towards KPI's and monthly targets. Percentage Incentive offered on top of fee's for each partnership and business brought on.
