The successful sales person will get an amazing deal with top market commission. He/ She will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside sales representative, or sales agent, they will also research sales competition. Good day, let me explain how will things go if we worked together, we have an excellent commission based plan for our sales people that includes: - From 15% to 20% commission/ closed deal according to service soled, deal size and type. Our services are: - Translation - Localization - DTP - Graphic design And some complementary related services. - You get that (15 to 20%) for 6 month/ closed deal (Not only the 1st time) - Spiffs and rewards for over doing the target. - Finally, if things are going very well (after 6-month period), we even hire the sales person so it is a fixed salary+commission.
