Description of legal work: We're looking for an experienced legal practitioner to help complete the issuing of shares to a new shareholder. We have agreed shares amount and we also have already some shareholder on board. We need you to prepare all the HMRC share applications and submit them. Then issue the share certificates for the shareholders. This is an urgent requirement and we need someone to complete the task urgently. Extra notes:
