Legal topic: Debt Description of legal work: Hi, We are looking for either a junior barrister or solicitor to represent us in a small claims court. We are taking a company to court as they have not settled three outstanding invoices amount to just shy of £10,000. We now have a court date and have received letters from their solicitors however out of depth with the legalities so have decided not to represent ourselves. Extra notes:
