Written Resolution for Limited Company
General information for the business: We sell swimwear online. Description of legal work: We need a written resolution for the return of one shareholders shares to the company for the exact amount that he had paid for them. At the moment the company has 3 shareholders including the person that is getting his money back and will no longer be part of the company. All shareholders have agreed on this in individual conversations. We will now require a written document that confirms everything. Never done that before so require full support on how to draft a document as such. Extra notes:
