Kind of support: Tax Description of support work: Hi, I am looking to sell my existing BTL in the south-east, to achieve my goal of a higher yielding investment with better prospects for capital growth, by purchasing two units in the north. I have a spreadsheet with my strategy on, the details of the sale, along with theroretical purchase properties. I need you to have a look over the numbers, ask any questions you may have, fill in the blanks for taxation amounts such as CGT etc. and then come up with a written report on the most tax efficient solution e.g. buy in a Ltd or personally, swell as any general advice on the strategy.
