Advice on a 4 page confidentiality agreement we are being asked to sign
We are a sole distributor for a German manufacturer of mixing machines. As part of a new project we are being asked to sign and NDA with certain conditions that we are unsure of. As a result we are seeking advice. Either to sign the NDA or offer alternative wording that might be acceptable.
