Party wall agreement for Property Development
Description of consulting work: My wife and I recently purchased a one storey shop at auction last month which has full planning permission to add another floor containing a flat. We have already served each of the neighbours a party wall agreement notice (31st May - initial 14 day period ends this week) but they'd like something formal drawn up. Working drawings have already been made, building regs submitted, structural calculations should be finished this week. We require the following: • A party wall agreement between my neighbours and us for the flat we are building above an existing shop • The person providing this service will need to work with us and our neighbours until the party wall agreements have been agreed • You must have applicable qualifications (chartered surveyor or another relevant) - please provide these when quoting • Please provide samples of party wall agreements you have successfully achieved • Must be UK based so you understand local laws • Fixed cost job • Feedback will be given only when the party wall agreements have been agreed The address of the property is: 146B Bellegrove Road, Welling, DA16 3QR (The plans we have are attached.)
