Clever Dog Creative is a women-owned, Wisconsin-based marketing firm looking to hire a freelance Client Growth Specialist to propel the growth of its client base. The ideal candidate will take a needs-based approach, listening more than selling with prospective clients. This person should have exceptional communication skills excel at cold outreach strategies to find quality leads. This freelance Client Growth Specialist role is to drive the development of our customer’s sales pipeline by finding and qualifying leads. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: -Generating cold outreach to prospective clients -Conducting introductory screening calls to qualify leads -Effectively communicating lead’s needs for handoff to sales director (they will close the sale) -Work efficiently to meet all metric’s requirements (# calls made, # emails sent, and # of meetings scheduled). -Document all sales activity in CRM system You will be given training on our services as well as provided tools for finding potential leads leads and professionally written email templates for your outreach that you can customize to fit your voice. The ideal candidate is comfortable conducting internet research on businesses in order to pre-qualify leads before contacting. The freelance Client Growth Specialist will also manage other online opportunities for leads, such as Thumbtack, My Opportunity and Act-On. This is a commission-based freelance position, focused on delivering qualified leads to our sales director.
