We are a digital marketing agency and are looking to bring in a consultant to work with us to develop a digital marketing strategy for a client. --- THE BRIEF (from the client): We are a firm of IFA’s. We have three advisors and a decent portfolio of clients. If you analyse where we are in our industry we hit all the marks for being an “average” firm in terms of turnover, profit, portfolio size etc. Our work comes from referrals. Very little has come via marketing historically. We have a website and have invested over the years on SEO/PPC/PR with very little to show for it. We ask all new business how they found us and our marketing channels are the poorest performer per pound spent. We believe that other firms are attracting customers via digital marketing channels. As such we want a digital marketing plan to include: - What are our higher-than-average performing competitors doing that we are not? - What channels should we use? - What tools do we need to understand and measure success? The outcome of working with a consultant would be a digital strategy that we can understand and implement to help us succeed with our digital marketing. --- CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: - You must be a UK resident - Previous experience in finance preferable - Please outline what your strategy will include and how long it will take We would like to have this project delivered to the client by the end of July.
