Affiliate marketing network setup and recruitment

We are looking for an experienced affiliate network marketer to set up and [potentially] manage a new affiliate campaign from start to finish. The aim is to significantly increase leads but especially to increase sales. This will involve creating copy/images, joining suitable networks, recruiting affiliates, and integrating tracking code into the wordpress (woocommerce) website, and any other tasks necessary. If only certain aspects can be done by you, finding others to complete the rest will be your responsibility. If the job is done exceptionally well, you may also be asked to manage the ongoing campaigns. Paidonresults was used in the past with mixed results (there were sales but needed someone more knowledgeable in affiliates to manage). We sell further education courses with course prices ranging from £300 to £3000. The UK is our main market but as the courses can be done via distance learning, the international market is viable. For the lower value courses (which need to sell in high volumes) we can't offer too high a commission per sale. Commissions/override fees etc to be discussed. UK based freelancers only please.
