B2B TELESALES - Calling Warm Leads

We're looking for a great telesales gal (or guy) to phone up some “warm leads” we have generated from an email campaign. The emails went out to a number of businesses, offering “animated explainer videos” that the business can use on their websites, Facebook and the rest of their marketing . These videos explain the business's services The videos are great quality and we are already generating sales from businesses who are proactively contacting us , having watched the videos. The people you will be contacting have opened the email, clicked to visit the website and watched the video in full , but havent taken the initiative to call in or email us. I have their company names, email address and phone number. I would like to try a short trial of 4-8 hours of calls (next week, Tuesday or Wednesday, if possible) to book appointments or even close them, if you feel comfortable with this (it's a very simple sale). Following on from this, there should be some steady ongoing work, as we are sending out a lot of these emails every day so constantly have demand for these videos. I'm happy to pay solid hourly rates plus commissions on either appointments or sales. Let me know if you are interested and if the hourly rate suits you.
