Your job is rejected! Reason:

We need a Paid Traffic Specialist

NOTE - PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM We are a full-service digital marketing agency looking for someone to step in and manage our paid traffic, both for our company and for our accounts. First and foremost, we are a "Work Hard, Play Hard" company. That means that we have a good time and thoroughly enjoy what we do, and at the same time we demand a LOT of ourselves. We don't hold it against anyone who takes a different approach than we do, but the truth is it will very quickly become very uncomfortable for both you and us if you don't demand as much from yourself as we do from ourselves. We are also a fairly savvy group, which means most of what you would be responsible for, we are currently managing ourselves, and pretty successfully. We need someone who is going to step in and be significantly better at this than we currently are, without needing to be managed too much. We need to be able to focus our time on other things, and so we're looking for someone who can "hit the ground running" as it were. There are 3 key things that we are focused on with this role: 1. Research You are the expert. You need to know what the best thing to do is in each situation. That means if you don't know something, you have to go learn it. We have access to archives of trainings, but we will expect that you will take it upon yourself to go do the research necessary to deliver the best results. 2. Process Our long-term goal is scalability. That requires that you document all repeatable processes in detail, and then follow those processes with all accounts. If we were to hand your documentation over to someone with absolutely no paid traffic experience, they should be able to pick up and deliver with no noticeable difference in quality or result. 3. Reporting We are a data-based organization. We make decisions based on data above all else. That means you will need to always know the numbers and be looking for the trends and patterns in the data that we don't see. At any given moment, you should be able to provide a general status update on any account as well as recommendations for improvement. Here is a list of some of the things you'll be expected to do: Manage daily budgets of numerous accounts in Google, Yahoo/Bing and Facebook Maximize budgets while increasing conversions Provide recommendations for budget and display ad changes based on thorough analysis Identify opportunities for additional website traffic Provide feedback to clients regarding landing page creation and optimisation Stay up to date on the latest trends in search marketing – share these trends with the team and be prepared to discuss in weekly meetings. Construct recommendations for digital media campaigns, conduct research, implement campaign strategies, extract campaign metrics through analysis and report to internal and external customers Conduct campaign performance testing, collect and analyse data to gain insights and identify trends, and implement strategies based on findings with a goal of maximum ROI in paid search campaigns Administer testing programs, keyword management, and bidding strategies to ensure KPIs are met. Create and traffic ad campaigns in proprietary ad server Debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery and performance. Interact with account managers, sales, and partners on various projects. Keyword research for account expansion
