Turning recorded messages into weekly blogs and uploading

After recording a TEDx called 'Creating useful people' I’d like to elaborate on the theme in a blog series to be hosted on Medium, with some also being hosted on LinkedIn Pulse. It will go into topics such as lifestyle design, entrepreneurship, being enterprising, handling time, staying calm under pressure. I’d love to collaborate with someone who relates to this on a personal level. The process will be as follows: There is a set blog structure. I would love to work with someone to whom I can send recorded messages (via email or whatsapp) where I explain the concept, the story and the takeaway, then who can go ahead and transcribe, edit, format and publish. There will be an element of proof reading, after which I hope we will get to stage where you know my voice, tone, ethos and the content can be produced with minimal input from me other than the initial voice recording. Each blog will be between 700-1000 words long. For this job I am looking for someone organised, who can stick to a weekly schedule and turn blogs around in 4 days, in order that they can create a blog per week.
