Fashion blogger needed for ongoing blog article writing

We're a UK based company running an e-commerce clothing website. Our target audience is primarily men, followed by women and then children. Geographically, our primary target audience is the UK, due to us being based here we're able to offer faster delivery and service, although we do sell and deliver globally. At the moment we only sell a single brand, a premium Scandinavian rainwear brand which includes a range of waterproof clothing and accessories including several designs of jackets and bags. However, later this year we also plan to bring on some new brands including footwear and t-shirts. The rainwear is suitable for all ages, however, the upcoming shoes and t-shirts do not necessarily compliment the rainwear and will likely attract a younger audience, so we need to attract various audience types and age groups. The brands that we work with are often considered up and coming brands, so they're not necessarily widely known as of yet but previous brands we've worked with have later moved on to being stocked in the largest retailers including ASOS, New Look, TopMan and Harvey Nichols. Whilst up and coming, the prices are still premium due to the materials, manufacturing processes and target markets, so it's worth noting that we're not selling cheap items, so the audience we need to attract is unlikely to be those with lower incomes. We are looking for a blog writer with previous experience writing for the fashion and lifestyle industry to write for our website's blog on an ongoing regular basis, at least 1 article per week to start. There is also scope to work on copy and landing pages. To be clear; the goal here is that the pieces you write for our blog will attract visitors who in turn convert to customers. The expectation of the written pieces is to attract the right audiences and improve website traffic to our website which in turn increases revenue and profit. You will be responsible not only for writing but also to help come up with our ongoing content strategy.
