Co-create an aeronautical engineering project/course for kids
I need someone to help me develop the basic content that I have produced into a 4 part course suitable for 6-8 year olds that breaks down the essentials of flight using paper and polystyrene planes. I have a child, youth and community work background, a 6 year old but not a science or engineering background and so I need assistance to fill in gaps and ensure that the information though as basic as possible is accurate. We will then be trialing an 'Engineers camp' in the summer for children for 4 days interweaving games and science fact. As a parent and keen advocate in widening children's horizons as far as possible this is a project close to my heart. I have not put a budget as I have no idea really how much. I would just like to talk to someone with the skills and enthusiasm to do something like this and we can see how it goes from there.
