Stock inventory

General information for the business: Stock Management for StockCount Kind of development: New program from scratch Description of requirements/functionality: Php or Python Based on MySQL database Specific technologies required: Php & MySQL OS requirements: Windows Extra notes: Stock Record and Valuation System – Php based or Python based We want to develop a simple multi location system that will cater for the following: • Have an Item Master with details of that Item • Have an ability to enter stock quantity during a stock count per location • Have an ability to release stock from locations so that the inventory quantity is removed • Have an ability to add stock from suppliers that will add to qty • Be able to clear stocks (reset to zero) and re-enter qtys during a new stock take • Be able to do inter location transfers – here we need to be able to print out the transfer slip ( this auto reduces from location and adds to location) • Be able to generate a stock valuation report per location or in total ( qty times value) • System to prompt every 2 months for items to confirm costings are correct • Ability to import, export from to excel • Run reports based on various filters – eg. How much was Item A transferred from Location A to B; transfer reports etc • Transfer Slip template to be provided and based on the fields, reports to be created based on filters e.g transported by whom etc. • User control – eg Admin can create entry user who can only see qty but not value at any time • Ability to CRUD • Ability to backup and restore data • Ability to reset system to a start fresh • Provide the code as we will host it ourselves on MySQL database. • Any other features that you can suggest.
