Front end / back end for local streaming usin chromecast

General information for the business: local video streaming Kind of development: New program from scratch Description of requirements/functionality: I have a customer that has 4 to 6 kiosks (all in same physical place) and needs to stream some already made videos using chromecast. this will be the procedure: - a customer arrives and wants to watch one of the videos - a front desk (with a PC or a tablet) will charge him/her (cash, debit/credit using a local payment gateway) and will give the customer a reusable card with a code or qr code (to be defined.. whatever is cheaper). The code will be activated for using it only once. The code will be reusable the next time fron desk enables it. By default, all codes are disabled. - customer will have a 32'' touch screen display where he/she will answer 2 or 3 questions (multiple choice) like: age, gender and likes. Depending on the result, 2 or 3 videos will be available to choose to watch. - Customer will choose the video and the system will tell where to watch (kiosk 1, 2, 3, 4, etc) - That video (5-10 mins) will be shown using chromecast to the available kiosk. That's it. front end: the touch screen where customer will enter the data. If no code (in card) has been assigned to customer, the system will tell him to purchase one and it can be done through the system (debit/credit) (self-service) back end: payment gateway, reporting (statistics, analytics) Customer already has: - a laptop (for back end) - a PC to act as a server with a 32'' touch screen display connected - 4 19'' TV's with chromecasts with them - a wifi router Whatever you feel needs to be purchased, let me know.
