General information for the business: We're a manufacturer and online retailer Description of requirements/functionality: We use Help Scout cloud based helpdesk software for managing incoming emails to our business - https://www.helpscout.net/ We use Brightpearl cloud based multi channel retail software for managing orders - https://www.brightpearl.com/retail-crm. This incorporates a CRM system. We'd like to have all email comms in Help Scout appear under the customer record in Brightpearl (assuming one exists). Any suggestions as to how we do this would be greatly appreciated. Extra notes:
