Hi, we're currently expanding our operations and we're looking for someone exceptional to join our team! An experienced admin assistant that is skilled at warm selling/or retail sales, providing admin. assistance, customer service, along with being extremely comfortable on the phone with people from around the world. Our new member should have a can do attitude and upbeat manner (this is key). We are looking for a person with the X factor so to speak! Someone professional yet very friendly and intelligent when engaging with clients. A team member that can use their own intuition as needed and is a quick thinker, this is also 100% vital to the position. As we progress and grow, we would like you to continue with us long term and if it works well for you, we would like to offer you more hours daily and the perks that come with that. This role is 95% remote but may also involve a friendly quarterly meet up in South Wales - as this will be a great opportunity for us all to connect :) . It is best if you have availability during the morning and especially in the afternoon from 2:00pm to 5:30pm as that is when the majority of your appointments with our candidates will be. To begin your hours during the first week will be focused on training, but we are hopeful that after training we will be able to offer at minimum 10/15 hours continuously per week - with more as we grow. We’re looking for a team member that is an individual freelancer - we do not wish for our new team member to offer us their skills as part of a service or group at this time. We already have an additional virtual team/service in place. Essentially the role fits into two areas of expertise: 1. Telephone calls with potential clients - (Selling and Recruiting/HR experience helpful) We have a process whereby the owner speaks to candidates after we do. First we have a 15 minute screening / audit call. To do this we have a script & template that should be followed. We will give you full training on this. 2. Virtual Assistant - (Secretary, Admin or VA & PA experience) * Schedule calls and call the day before to remind the person of the appointment, Skype them & send an email * Sort and answer emails along with recording information via Google Apps * Use of Google Drive, GoToWebinar, Membermouse, ActiveC, Dropbox, Acuity, Facebook and Freshbooks * Update and send documents to clients as/if needed * Chase payments, contact leads and engage with the owner virtually (when the GM is away). * Available for Team meet ups with our UK division quarterly You must be: - Articulate and Intuitive - Be able to thoroughly read and understand the information given - from ourselves and clients - Have a great telephone manner that is both sincere and positive - Punctual and signed in during your available working hours - Essential - some sort of experience with friendly sales and phoning customers - Have experience in customer service/relations as needed in any of your previous roles - Have experience working virtually on your own You must have a home/office in an environment that can be quiet as needed (for calls) with proper broadband and a workable desktop or quality laptop. Noise cancelling headphones with a mic will be necessary. You will need to use various applications like Google Drive's apps and Skype. Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm UK time (BST/BDT) with 10+ freelance hours on average per week. Normal availability M-F, somewhere between 9:30 to 5:30pm is best, with definite availability around 2:00 to 5:30pm. It would be ideal if you have a flexible schedule and not too many other job commitments. This works well for someone requiring part time hours only. Excellent English, grammar & communication skills are required. This is a must! You must be: Able to work UK hours (UK only please) Reliable and punctual - we do not do no shows Very professional but with a friendly attitude Honest, ethical and direct Extra notes: This role is best suited to someone that is looking for a part time, stable, virtual position and is available for most half term and summer holidays. There are times that we may need more help if possible - ie. 20hrs a week during half term. The role starts at £10 per hour for the first two weeks during training and evaluation. It will increase to £13 per hour after the introductory period. This is a steady long term job and offers growth potential and rewards.
