Small dance fitness business looking for admin support for holiday cover. Responsibilities: - Checking inbox and responding to email enquiries in line with Zumba NXG's core values and terms and conditions. - Amending bookings and payments in MindBody (online booking software) and GoCardless (payment system). - Responding to enquiries and comments from Facebook and Meetup. - Processing payments in MindBody (online booking software). - Following up with prospective clients. 1 hour per day Mon-Fri 31st July-25th August. Skills: - Excellent written communication skills - Excellent skills in execution - Knowledge of GoCardless and MindBody preferred (although training can be given)
