We're looking for assistance with Email Sales & Customer support to work from home various weekday hours and weekends. You'll need to have an exceptional command of written English, good attention to detail and accuracy in all of your responses. You'll need to reply to every customer enquiry within minutes of receipt, with a very personal, well-thought out response. It won't be as easy as just a robotic cut and paste template approach! We need a good communicator with lots of initiative, a background in sales/customer service and reliability.
