Rig and shading/lighting setup for fantasy game characters

Design details: I am the developer of the indie game Hartacon Tactics, available in Early Access on Steam. The game uses pre-rendered sprite sheets for animated characters. I need to rig, animate and render the last two characters of the game. Starting from the character's model available in Maya, the expected end result for each character is a scene with the rigged model and materials, lights and camera setup ready for isometric sprite sheets creation. The render has to match the style and lights of the existing characters (cel shading). The rig includes some clothing elements and no face expressions. The scene will be handed over to the animator. The candidate should give availability to support the creation of the sprite sheets once the animation is complete. Ideas for the visual style: cel shading/cartoon Extra notes:
