General information for the business: Eccommerce Accounting software: Quickbooks Description of support work: We are looking for a bookkeeper who is very familiar with Quickbooks to provide tasks including the follow: Weekly: Entering purchase invoices (creating new suppliers where necessary) Posting outbound shipping accruals Monthly: Reconciling Paypal and bank account Entering website sales totals Entering refunds We have clearly documented processes and systems in place for bookkeeping. Full written instructions will be provided for all tasks. However, a good understanding of bookkeeping and quickbooks will be necessary in order to carry out the jobs below effectively and accurately. I would estimate around 6 - 8 hours work per month.
