B2C telemarketing appointment setting

Seeking a b2c specialist with a bubbly and friendly personality who loves calling homeowners, can turn around an initial negative reaction to the call to get into a conversation, answer objections, qualify the lead and arrange an appointment for an eligibility assessment within a 48 hour window. This is a project for solar power - don't groan! The market has moved on, the technology is hugely improved, meaning more people can benefit from solar than prevously was possible and energy prices are continuing to rise. I am looking for seasoned communicators, with a British accent, who can make 20-40 calls per hour and close 1 appointment every 2 hours of calling (or better). This is an urgent requirement and if successful will lead to ongoing work. Hours of work are to be concentrated in order of priority: 1) 6pm to 8pm Mon - Fri and 9am to 1pm Saturday, 2) 2pm to 6pm Mon to Fri and 3) 9am to 12pm Mon to Fri All work is carried out using our hosted CRM with integrated VoIP telephony. All calls are recorded, if you have a problem with this, please don't apply! Don't worry, we're not terribly interested in listening to them all but we like to have access to them in case there are queries from the client or to help us learn what's working and what isn't, and to help coach you through any challenges if necessary. You will need a reliable computer with a decent broadband connection and a headset (USB is generally best). If the headset is a stumbling block and you have a UK based landline, then we can divert the calls through that initially, but you will need to plan on procuring a headset assuming longer term continuation. I am looking for 1 or 2 people for an immediate start and I'm flexible about the structure of the payment, can be hourly or hourly + commission. Initially 1 week to trial this but ongoing if successful. I've stated that I'm interested in UK based people but if you can do the hours and have the right accent (British but regional is fine) but happen to be based abroad, I'm open to that.
