Head of marketing & PR virtual assistant for small Design company

I am looking for an individual who understands and speaks the English language fluently to be head of marketing for my little but power interior design company AkivaProjects.com Everyone that works for us, works remote and we are very passionate about what we are doing within the industry. I must make it very clear that we are not looking for someone that owns a marketing agency that wants to charge thousands of pounds of marketing, one day but not yet. We are looking for someone that can be self motivated, have a love for design and homes and furnishing that go with them, someone that can really connect with the rest of the team. Most importantly someone that can create some amazing content for weekly and montly marketing. We don't want to go crazy, but just at a steady pace. We already have a mailchimp newsletter template ready we have a blog that is refreshed consisently every week, Ultimately you would be in charge of marketing, you would come to me with great and wonderful ideas, that have been thought through and really believe that it can make a difference, we need you to be honest and say if something is not going to work. I base everyone I hire on what there Key result areas are, so after a general chat with you, any areas you say your good at I will expect 100% from you each and every time.
