General information for the business: Custom Sharepoint based CRM development based on existing Sharepoint 2007 setup Description of requirements/functionality: Custom SharePoint CRM to provide the following functions: - Manage sales Pipeline Manage CRM Customers & Contacts Generate Quotations Manage Installations Scheduling of Engineers & Resources Generate and Manage Warranty & Maintenance Contracts Management of Fault calls and Service requests Product and stock Management Purchasing and proceurement Specific technologies required: Sharepoint & Java OS requirements: Windows Extra notes: The company currently runs a SharePoint 2007 based CRM on Premise that handles all of the above functionality. The goal is to re-create/improve this site within a SharePoint online environment to provide the end user with a familiar interface but with increased speed/functionality and stability. The main challenge within the project is the sales quotation form & process, this is currently a very highly customised InfoPath form with many workflows around the form to provide automation tasks throughout the rest of the CRM. The intention is to break the CRM into sections based on functionality and company department and deploy and test these independently, therefore work will be required on an hourly basis to deliver individual components such as forms and workflows
