Customer Experience • Parity across both web & mobile (android/apple) platforms to do the following: 1. Create a password secured account 2. Signup for and receive push notifications for upcoming events 3. Submit service orders and receive push notifications on the status of various stages of the order 4. Calendar for events and service orders 5. Create a profile with pictures and other custom info 6. Connect with other members via app/web by means of text messages, and viewing profiles 7. eSign various docs when needed 8. Vote on various polls/surveys 9. Receive and pay invoices 10. View various live security webcams. Some webcams may be only available to specific users a. This may be the most difficult part, so perhaps only view the general webcams available to everybody, or none at all Employee Experience 1. Salesforce or other Custom Backend a. CRM Access b. Assign Customers various access based on membership level c. Customer database and membership roster d. Sales contact history, follow up, reminders e. Service Calendar i. Intake and schedule service requests from members. ii. Pickup requests from partner vendors iii. Record vehicle locations, check-in/out tracking, location, (Possible phase 2) f. Customer Calendar i. On site events 1. Clubhouse and property reservations 2. Social and private events 3. Members can reserve spaces online ii. Off-site events 1. Organize local and out of state member events 2. Take polls and manage event info g. Parking Calendar (Perhaps phase 2, after rollout) i. Need to track who is inside this building, are there any empty parking stalls, how can we manage this efficiently? (Maybe done via wifi connection) c ii. Waiting list for month to month stalls, members can sign up and view status 2. Accounting & Billing: QuickBooks integration a.
