Essentially the key functional requirements are: * for a given (predefined) Google Drive folder (label), recurse through the tree, setting the ownership on every file and folder to a specified user account (the system admin in this case) * the script to do the above should be scheduled to run daily (or more frequently if needed). * the script should run in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment and interact with the Googe Drive data via the Google Drive API. * a required feature would be to specify the folder (label) or list of folders (labels) in a Google Sheet.
