I need someone to manage my Pinterest account and make it grow

I am looking to hire someone to take over my Pinterest account for me. I am not getting many visits per month from Pinterest at all and all of my competition are getting upwards of 100k people coming to their site from Pinterest alone so I am being left behind. The other thing is that I only have 1k followers and I really have to try and grow that. My website is www.babyledeeding.com and I have created all of the rich pins so they should be fine. Each new recipe I add should have a rich pin attached to it already although there might be a few without (but its not that many). If you could please come back to me with how much time you would spend on it per week and what you would do to grow it and obviously a cost for that.
